Application Criteria for Rental:

  1. Every adult over age of 18 must submit a separate application
  2. Must be able to provide proof of valid
    1) CA Drivers License or ID AND
    2) Social Security card
  3. Most recent paystub(s) from each employed applicant. If self-employed,you must provide copies of last year’s signed tax returns
  4. Net monthly income must be at least 2 times the rent amount
  5. Good credit
  6. No applicants with evictions will be accepted
  7. No pets unless otherwise advertised
  8. Good previous landlord references
  9. A final in-person interview will be required before an application is approved.

Terms and Conditions

Submit a $30.00, non-refundable application fee for each person over 18 years who is planning to occupy.

Payment must be made with Cashier’s check, Money order or Credit/Debit card.
For each adult applicant, you must provide:

  • Valid CA Drivers License or DMV ID
  • Social Security Card
  • Copies of the last two paycheck stubs. If self employed, you must provide copies of last year’s signed tax returns

Missing information will delay processing and you may be requested to provide additional information. Any information which CAN NOT be verified may be grounds for denial. Move in date requested is subject to Swami International’s approval.

Tenants understand that they must carry their own insurance policy for their personal property .

Pets are not accepted in any unit unless stated in the unit details.

It is mutually agreed that the applicant shall have no right to occupy the above describe premises until his/her application has been approved and a lease of rental agreement is signed by the Tenant and Landlord.

Applicant represents that statements made above are true and correct and hereby authorizes verification of references to include, but are not limited to credit checks, unlawful detainer checks or telecredit checks and agrees to furnish additional credit references on request, and waives any claim against any person(s) providing such verification.

If I am accepted, I understand that all move in costs are to be paid by cashier's check or money order only--no personal checks.

The value of rent and security deposit is subject to change depending on the content of the application and the outcome of the application review.

Each adult must fill out his/her own application. Please fill out all the information requested with as much detail as possible.

Lack of detailed information may delay the application.

This fee does not guarantee that your application will be accepted or that we will rent to you. It is used to process your entire application.
